Summary:

We are thrilled to announce that we recently gained planning permission, working with Vistry Partnerships, for the development of 620 dwellings in Stoneleigh, Kenilworth.

The site includes zero-carbon affordable homes which exceed the current requirements for energy efficiency. The central play area and village green will also create a sense of long-term community, as well as complement the features of the local historic town and woodland.
