Summary:

IDP were commissioned by Hills Partnership & Fleur Developments to deliver the technical package for this residential scheme in Burnham Market.  The new development consists of thirty-three dwellings with a mix of terraced, semi-detached and detached houses together with two small retail units and dedicated parking. The scheme required a number of bespoke house types, high-end finishes both internally and externally and used materials such as flint & stone. The sloped topography of the site meant we incorporated raised platforms, stepped and pathed areas in order to create a pleasant flow throughout the development.

The site has archaeological significance as a former Iron Age village settlement and prior to construction had to be excavated and all archaeological remnants logged for historical purposes.
